On request, netfiles offers a remote technical support service. A secure, encrypted connection with your work station enables our Support team to access your desktop and help you quickly and efficiently with your enquiry.
For this service, we use the TeamViewer QuickSupport application. This application can be downloaded and executed on your work station without specific administrator access rights.
Once started, TeamViewer displays an ID and a password, which you need to provide to your netfiles Support contact in order for them to remotely access your work station, view the desktop and operate mouse and keyboard. Other operations on your work station are not possible. You can interrupt the remote access at any time by closing the TeamViewer application.
